We look forward to welcoming you to Bonsall, near Matlock, in the beautiful Peak District, for a climb onto Bonsall Moor towards Winster, and a return along part of the Limestone Way.
Bonsall is a timeless village of great character, and from here we begin the long drag onto Bonsall Moor giving views into the heart of the White Peak area.
Public toilets are available in the village, opposite the Fountain Cafe. Please pay a voluntary donation in cash.
We will rest for coffee and lunch breaks to enjoy the views.
Walkers should be prepared for a long, steep ascent. The walk is unfortunately not suitable for dogs, due to grazing livestock.
Please register for this walk on Newark ramblers website where you will also find details of our car share scheme.
