A Boxing Day Walk: Bracelet, Langland and Caswell

If you do not have enough time for the full walk, just do the middle bit!

The middle bit starts at Langland then goes to Caswell and back (just 3 miles!)

A great Boxing Day Walk of about 3-4 hours to burn off yesterday’s extra calories!

All are welcome to join Swansea Ramblers on this scenic section of The Wales Coast Path.

If you’ve never walked with Swansea Ramblers before, come along and meet us on this festive stroll by the sea.

We’ll enjoy the wonderful coastal route from Bracelet, visiting the bays at Limeslade, Rotherslade, Langland and Caswell. 

At Limeslade, the walk will ascend behind Fortes’ Ice Cream Parlour to the cliff top path with its breathtaking views along the South Gower coastline.

We’ll then rejoin the coast path until we arrive at Langland.  Stopping there for a tea-break, we will, (hopefully!), see the human Walruses splashing about in the freezing waters of the bay!

Here at Langland, we’ll meet up at 11 a.m. with a few more walkers who will join us to walk west to Caswell (a round trip of 3-miles) where we will stop for our packed lunch.  

We then return to Langland (where we say goodbye to those walkers who joined us there) before continuing along the coast path to Bracelet Bay.

Afterwards, we will go for refreshments to The Pilot Inn.
