Overview

An attractive circular walk in undulating countryside starting from the BOA Station car park heading up to top of the old town with some good all round views. Moving out in to the countryside to the hamlets of Great & Little Ashley. Then heading towards the outskirts of Winsley and down to Turleigh and the canal towpath. Following the canal to Limpley Stoke and returning back through Freshford and Avoncliff finally finishing back at the BOA country park . The route follows both good lanes and footpaths across fields with a couple of ascents at the beginning of the walk. Some fields may have cows or sheep in and care to be taken when walking alongside the canal.
