Overview

A walk through woods, fields and tracks in the Park, and good footpaths along former railway lines. 

There's one moderate climb through the woods with tree roots, etc. One very short descent, about 20ft., with loose stones. The rest of the walk on good paths. Walking boots and poles advisable.
