We are the Newark Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
An easy 7 mile walk, with lovely views and big skies .
Good bridleways, farm tracks and field edges, which may be muddy at times depending on weather conditions.
Start at St Mary the Virgin church, Bunny, known as the cathedral of the wolds. The Rancliffe Arms offers excellent food and is directly opposite the church.
There are no toilets on route, but we head for the Sun Inn at Gotham, which may prove useful for some.
Lunch stop / coffee stop will be at Gotham church which is half way. We can offer coffee stops along the way as requested or needed.
When recced there were no animals in fields but this can change and dog owners must be aware at all times. If you need to contact the walk leader on the day of the walk you can call 07867947790.
