Overview

Leave the car at home and enjoy the excitement of public transport to get to this  walk.

It will be  an extended (ie longer than Wednesday's) undulating stroll from Lowdham, exploring the hills and views around this attractive area, including visits to the picturesque villages of Thurgarton and Epperstone.

There are some steep ascents, but none are too long, and we will be rewarded with excellent views.

We'll throw in an ancient sheepwash dip for free, but will hopefully refrain from throwing any walkers in!

Well-behaved dogs and their owners are welcome but please observe the guidance of the walk leader and our dog walking policy.

Please register for this walk on Newark Ramblers website.
