We are the Richmond Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Join us for a relaxing summer stroll through beautiful Bushy Park. Our easy-paced morning walk will take us through the woodland gardens, past tranquil ponds and along the historic Longford River built by order of Charles l. We continue to one of Bushy Park’s hidden gems, the Water Gardens. We’ll end our walk near The Pheasantry café where you can enjoy a leisurely picnic lunch of your own or bought from the café, surrounded by nature and friends, old and new.
MEET: Teddington Station (Richmond 10:40, Twickenham 10:45) Our first destination will be the Pheasantry cafe kiosks at about 11:10 so if you need to drive you can park in the Pheasantry car park access through the Teddington gate and then 1st right and then left.
