Overview

This walk replaces the Kirklees Way which would have entailed using bus replacements.

We start along the Calder and Hebble Navigation before ascending to high ground overlooking the Calder Valley. After descending to further cross the navigation we again ascend to gain further extensive views of the valley.  Our descent takes us to the old town of Ripponden.

Our leader is Roger tel: 07947 740658.
