Another chance to walk from Wembley Park, never meant to be part of the Capital Ring but used to finish route 6 and keep within my 10 mile limit. First a short walk to join the Capital Ring proper. Soon we walk alongside the Brent Reservoir, then some residential street walking behind the Brent Cross Shopping Centre (wasn't it pouring with rain the first time the group did this walk!?), through Hendon Park, Brent Park, alongside the river Brent to Hampstead Garden Suburb. Some interesting street walking leading to East Finchley undergound station and on to Highgate Wood, Queen's Wood and finally to Highgate undergound station and the end of the walk
Meet on Bridge Road, outside the station.
The walk ends at the Priory Gardens entrance to the station.
