A fairly flat leisurely linear stroll mainly on good paths.

Meet/Start 10am by M&S Food Store, Cardiff Central Square (Cardiff Central railway station) CF10 1EP

Following the river Taff to Llandaff Cathedral, then on to Insole Court historic manor house and gardens (toilets and optional cafe).

Continuing along the Taff to Hailey Park .

Return using train or bus as required.
