Overview

An exploration and short hillwalk into the hills above the River Tay, from the historic and delightful village of Abernethy. The route takes woodland paths and tracks, with a couple of short, steep sections. There are excellent views across the Firth of Tay and the North Fife and Sidlaw Hills, and to the Highlands.
