Overview

Starting from  Parc le Breos woods on Gower we take a wide track through the woods to emerge on Cefn Bryn. We gradually climb up on to the ridge which should afford lovely views over the Loughor estuary to the north and the beaches of Oxwich to the south. We walk through the Penrice estate passing the ruined castle and eventually drop down to the coast at Nicholaston, and down to the beach at Three Cliffs Bay, and back inland to our start point.
