We are Herts Weekend Walkers, HWW for Short . We are aimed at people who are normally working during the week and can usually only find time to get outside and enjoy a walk at the weekend.
Circular walk starting from Chorleywood Common. Initially we follow the Chess Valley Walk towards Rickmansworth then heading northwards towards Sarratt and then returning to Chorleywood Common. After the walk we can visit the Gate Pub is close by.
This is a moderate pace walk. We want everyone to enjoy our walks, if you have any concerns about the pace please speak to the walk leader.
Please bring your Ramblers card (if you have one) to help speed up the Ramblers register before we start the walk.
Meet on the Common. Coming from Junction 18 on M25, turn on to the A404, turning left after passing the Gate Pub into a lane and nearby car park. Car parking also available next to the cricket club then walk to the Common.
