Overview

UPDATE: There are roadworks in Bilsborrow which can cause delays. Please allow plenty of time for your journey.
A gradual ascent from Scorton leads up to the higher ground behind Nicky Nook. From here there are extensive views over the Fylde, Morecambe Bay, the distant Lake District and nearby Bowland fells. Return is down the lovely Grize Dale. Mostly on good tracks, uneven underfoot in places. There are a few stiles and some rough pasture to cross. There is a possibility of some mud after rain (as always).
