We are the Watford & Three Rivers Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

Our route starts off heading up to and through Chesham Bois before crossing the Chess Valley and climbing gently to Ley Hill, where we shall plan to have our picnic lunch with the possibility of a drink in the pub. We then complete the circuit back to Chesham. We pass through woods and across farmland with a short stretch along the road in Chesham Bois. Please bring along a packed lunch and drinks for the day.
Meet at Moor Road Car Park, Moor Road, Chesham, HP5 1SF. There is a free car park. For those wishing to travel by tube, the start point of the walk is approx. three quarters of a mile from the station.
Participants on this walk need to have suitable footwear and equipment and be able to walk the distance and terrain so please consider this before booking. If you are unsure then please contact the walk leader before booking to ascertain whether this walk is suitable for you. Please remember to bring along your ICE (In Case of Emergency) card with details of emergency contacts, medical conditions and medications.
The leader has set a limit of 20 walkers and requires you to book. If your plans change please let the leader know in case there is a waiting list. Your details will be used solely for the purpose of the walk and will then be destroyed.
