A circular walk in the Borders, from Eddleston
Our route takes us through Boreland, Hog Knowes, Crow Wood, Howgate Nick, Longcote Hill (543m), Cardon Law, Whiteside Edge and Cavarra Hill. We then descend to Longcote Burn to return to Eddleston. Mainly tracks, a ford and a stretch of rough heather

The route may be wet and muddy. Boots, walking poles and gaiters are recommended, if used.
