This 5 mile walk takes us into North Warwickshire, exploring the open countryside and villages to the north of Shustoke Reservoir. The walk is fairly easy with gentle inclines and just a few stiles. We will be crossing fields and meadows, but the ground is firm and dry. There will be an opportunity to stop at St Giles Church in Nether Whitacre and there are scenic views along the way.
Don’t forget to bring a snack and a drink with you. We will park in the Shustoke Reservoir car park, at the far end. It is a pay and display (£1.50 all day) but the machine was out of order when I recce’d the walk.
