A circular walk from Hampton in Arden.
We head south over fields and quiet tracks almost, but not quite reaching Barston. After a few hundred meters on the quiet Oak Lane, we go North with views of the golf course, and a circuit of Barston Lake, returning to Hampton in Arden by the footpaths running parallel with the train line.
A few stiles, can be muddy at times.
Parking is at Hampton in Arden Sports Club on Shadow Brook Lane.
No refreshments in Hampton in Arden BUT, the Boat in Catherine de Barnes offers small plates and is fairly close.
