Overview

Meet: Chingford Overground station, for a leisurely walk through Epping Forest on well-made paths. We take the " Up and Down Ride" to High Beach for our lunch stop, then downhill back to Chingford station, finishing 13.00 /13.30.

Toilets are at Chingford station, and The View, to start, and at High Beach. It may be muddy in parts, so boots and poles are advisable.
