Walk Description

The route takes us along Easter Road, past the Hibs ground to Lochend Park where we will have coffee. From there, we join the Restalrig Railway Path to Seafield and continue to Portobello.  We will have lunch at one of the tables on the Prom where there are public toilets too.

Afterwards, we continue through Portobello and Figgate Park to Duddingston Mills bus stop to catch the 44 back to Currie.

If the weather is bad or you want to shorten the walk, there are plenty of buses from Portobello High Street.

Please What’s App or text to Shauna Dickson: 07792899021 if you would like to join the walk.  Indicate if you will meet at Currie Library or Abbeyhill, or catch the bus somewhere en route.

Also, please let me know if you have any medical conditions that could affect your ability to do the walk.

We regret that no dogs are allowed on our walks.
