Overview

Winding through bits of green to Battersea Park, crossing to Chelsea area and north through Chelsea and Kensington. We then cross Hyde Park to Lancaster Gate, and on to the Paddington Basin, Warwick Gardens and Paddington Recreation Ground to Kilburn Park tube station.  Plenty of dropout points. Toilets in Hyde Park.

Lunch: at the north end of Hyde Park - lots of benches by the fountains for a picnic; also a cafe.

Train: Clapham Junction (Zone 2) is served by Nat Rail from Waterloo and London Overground. Return from Kilburn Park tube station (Zone 2, Bakerloo line).
