We are the Retford Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

From Duncan Wood car park we will walk along little used tracks, through open areas and woodlands to reach Clumber Bridge, and continue to the visitor centre for our coffee break. After a lakeside and woodlands walk to Hardwick we join tracks along the southern edge of Clumber to South Lodge for a lunch break. We then leave Clumber on good paths to return to the car park.
Paths are generally good but there can be muddy sections after rain so good footwear is recommended.
Please bring food and drinks for our breaks.
There are toilets at the visitor centre and Hardwick.

From Chapelgate turn left just before the Olde Sun Inn into the car park.
Drive through Clumber on Lime Tree Avenue to Carburton. Turn left onto B6034. Look for bus shelters on each side of the road and the blue national cycle network sign crossing. Turn left here into the car park.
