A debut walk with Sue to include
A circular walk from Codnor Park reservoir, through Riddings Wood and Riddings, then by Swanwick Junction and Golden Valley.
Moderate, as there are a couple of hills and a few stiles, but nothing serious.

This Friday's Walk
Drink plenty of fluid before leaving home. Ensure you have an adequate supply with you on the walk.
Consider:-
Head cover for shade. Sun Glasses. Use a good factor sun Cream.
Covering exposed skin if sensitive to burning.
Free parking by the reservoir off Coach Road, Please park neatly away from the burger van, allowing access for their customers.
