Overview

The route climbs steadily in an Easterly direction before dropping down to Afon Wen. Another climb along tracks towards Dolfrwynog & Buarthe before a final steep climb along a narrow path in a patch of cleared forest. Here lunch will be taken with views of the Rhinogydd, the Cader Range & Rhobell. From there it is a steady descent along forest roads & footpaths through woodland back to the start.
