Overview

This section completes London North/South Trail Route by walkingpost.co.uk A linear, moderate paced, level walk following the River Wandle. It’s not long before we pass Merton Abbey Mill, then Dean City Farm, soon forgetting we are in London: magnificent trees, the River, the sound of running water. We pass through Morden Hall Park, along the Wetland Boardwalk, and on to Carshalton Ponds. It may be muddy. Lunch stop 20-30 minutes. Toilets near the start and at Morden Hall Park.
