We are the West Wiltshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
We will car share from the meeting point in Heytesbury, driving to Chittern where we will start the walk back. This is an easy walk, mostly level, and ending with a gentle descent into Heytesbury on a military road and a quiet lane. Bring something for a mid morning stop. Some of us will carry on to a pub for lunch at the end.

Meet in Heytesbury, at the dead end bit at the far eastern end of the main village road. Go through the village, passing the two pubs on your right, and keep traight on where the road bends sharp left to rejoin the A36.
