Conwy Valley Ramblers organise a range of walks to help people enjoy walking in good company. We work with others to protect the places we love to walk.
A circular hike starting by the Conwy Culture Centre with a gentle stroll through Bodlondeb Park over the railway crossing and on to the climb up Mynydd y Dref ( Conwy Mountain ) to the ancient hill fort of Castell Caer Seion. Then continuing on to Penmaenbach before making way up Allt Wen above Sychnant Pass.
On a clear day the views are outstanding , however it can feel exposed in windy conditions.There are some steep ascents and descentswith rough going in places. A hiking stick is advised.Total ascent is about 1,200ft (365m)
