Overview

Starting from Clannaborough Barton Car Park EX20 2QF, we will head straight up onto Cosdon Beacon which gives great views on a clear day.
From there we will head over to Hound Tor, Wild Tor and Watern Tor. The latter is one of the more unusual tors on Dartmoor and well worth visiting. We'll then drop down and cross Manga Rails, across Shovel Down and up to Kestor Rock. From there we descend around Batworthy Corner to The Tolmen Stone which if you pass through the hole is believed to have healing properties. Then on to Scorhill Stone Circle before descending off the moor to Gidleigh, Throwleigh and back to the start.

I've listed it as strenuous due to the mileage and some steep climbs.
