A bit of inland, a bit of coast.
A variable distance depending on weather and possible whizz to Soar Mill Cove. 12-14 miles.
Mostly moderate but some coastpath hills.
Also an earlier start to beat the carpark fun and to allow for dips and beach time afterwards.
Rockbox will be open by then too.
