Across Cowdenbeath golf course, along the Avenue on the southern edge of Lochgelly then out to Lochgelly raceway. Via a path alongside the raceway then through woods to Dundonald on the outskirts of Cardenden. Down into the Den itself then along a track, passing under the A92, and out onto Torbain Road. Along this for ½ mile (quite busy but with a usable verge), then along tracks leading to and through the Raith Estate, through Raith Woods and finally via Raith Drive to the main entrance of Beveridge Park. All good tracks and roads.
