Overview

This linear walk starts at Craig Douglas and follow the path to Blackhouse Tower.  The route then takes us along the Southern Upland Way to Tibbie Sheils Inn along  St Marys Loch, one of the most attractive lochs in the borders is on grassy paths and tracks.

Travel to start of walk by private bus. Pick up points in Cumbernauld: 8:50am - Craiglinn Roundabout Bus Stop 8:55am - Condorrat Main Road Bus Stop. 9.00 am - Park at car park for Cumbernauld New Town Hall,
Bron Way, Cumbernauld G67 1DZ Then make your way to the bus stop on Bron Way (left out car park) (see map) **** Bus back at Cumbernauld approximately 6pm. ****
