A level walk from Cricklade along an old railway line and then returning along the old towpaths of two disused canals to arrive in North Meadows and back through the town. North Meadows is home to a wonderful display of snakehead fritillaries at the right time of year. if we get the timing right we will be able to see them. a couple of stiles.
Bring refreshments. We will be back for lunch. Poles/sticks may be useful as it is likely to be muddy in part. There may be livestock en-route.
You must book with the leader in the week preceding. Text preferred. You are not confirmed until you get a reply.
Dogs are at the walk leader’s discretion.
