Please join us for a 6.5 mile walk starting in Cutnall Green, taking in the villages of Elmley Lovett, Rushock and Bryan's Green. We will walk through rolling countryside along fields, country lanes and part of the Monarch's Way. There will be a coffee stop at St Michael and All Angel's church at Rushock where the Led Zeppelin drummer, John Bonham, has his final resting place. You can bring your drumsticks to leave as a tribute and sign the visitors book in the church!
It is a mostly flat walk but there will be some muddy sections because of recent rainfall so please wear appropriate footwear. Wellingtons might be a good option. There is some undulation and the walk is classified as Moderate as there are 12 stiles en route.
Please bring a drink and snack for a mid-walk break. We have made arrangements with The Chequers pub for lunch but their car park will not be open prior to the walk. They do cater for allergies (specifically coeliacs). Just let us know at the start if you will be joining us so that we can advise them of numbers.
There is on-road parking on New Road, Cutnall Green. Please park sympathetically for the locals and don't block their driveways.
No dogs please.
