A walk via urban sprawl, a river, a canal, some woodlands and a park!
Most of the route will be on tarmac surface except through the woodlands.

Directions: Exit M4 Jct 46: Follow hospital signs to drive along Pant Lasau Road.
At mini-roundabout junction, turn right onto Heol Maes Eglwys to drive east, parallel with M4, cross a mini-roundabout to another mini-roundabout by school.
Take 3rd exit and pass The Deer’s Leap Pub on left.
At next roundabout take 3rd exit onto Maes y Gwernen Rd.
Drive to the end of the road.

Exit M4, Jct 45: Follow hospital signs uphill then cross roundabout onto Maes y Gwernen Road, drive to the end of the road.
