Dacre & Darley

We make our way into Summerbridge then a short uphill road walk takes us to the path which we follow to the top of the ridge. At the top we turn right and head over towards Highfield farm then follow the path towards Spring House farm before dropping down through the fields to reach the river Nidd in the valley bottom. We then walk alongside the river until we reach the village of Darley where we will stop for a lunch break. After the break we continue on alongside the river before turning off and head for the village of Dacre,from here we cross several fields then drop down back into Dacre Bank .Refreshments will be at the local hostelry.
