Overview

Starting from the Yarrow Valley Park at Birkacre we climb Sharratts Path to Charnock Richard then follow the track of Delph Lane round to the Bowling Green PH at Charnock Green. We then continue to Dam Wood before returning to the main road along Brook Lane. Crossing the fields we reach an old railway to enter Coppull and return to  Birkacre.
