Overview

From the Ramblers Retreat car park take path to cross Lords Bridge and up barbary Gutter, passing the chained oak and on to Farley Hall. Carry on to Ramshorn past Gander Well and then south across the Churnet Valley  through the grounds of the Alton Towers Hotel into Alton. We then head for Bradley in the Moor and north to Alton Common and drop into Dimmings Dale and then Ousal Dale to return to the Cars.
