Cave tours are now fully booked. You can still visit the Museum at any time and join us for the walk which will leave from outside the Museum at 14:30.
(10:00. Museum opens.)
11:00. Gather at the Museum.
11:30 Group A tours the Dorking Caves. Group B looks around Museum.
12:30. Group B tours the Caves.
(If first 10 people arrive early, we might start the tours a little earlier.)
When in the Museum, the Deepdene Virtual Tour is recommended.
13:30. Lunch in local cafes or picnic in green spaces.
14:30. Walk around part of the Deepdene Trail via Bronze Age barrow, The Glory Wood, Hope Mausoleum, possible break at clubhouse, Terrace, The Gardens, and Cotmandene. Leave from outside the Museum

Dorking Museum and Heritage Centre, 62 West Street, Dorking, RH4 1BS 465 bus. Kingston 09:40 arrive Dorking, South Street (Stop P) at 10:47. Short walk to Museum. Train. Wimbledon 09:40 Arrive Dorking Main at 10:14. From Dorking Main, buses (32, 93, 465) about every 15 minutes. Allow 8 minutes to Stop P. Many other routes possible.
