DORKING TO GOMSHALL (in memory of David Mark)

7.5 miles (12km), moderate pace, undulating terrain, quite steep in places; spectacular views from the North Downs Way if the weather is good

NB: This walk was originally listed by David Mark, our longstanding walks leader who sadly passed away on 17th March. It is now led by Alan Fennell in memory of David.

Route: Dorking - Denbies hillside - Landbarn Farm - North Downs Way - Beggars Lane - Churchfield Farm - Gomshall

Travel: 09.41 Victoria, 09.48 Clapham Junction (platform 15), 10.40 DorkingStart: 10.45 Dorking station

Finish: About 15.30 Gomshall station for the train to Dorking Deepdene station, a short walk to Dorking station, then 15.43 Clapham Junction and Victoria
