Overview

Route: Riddlesdown, Whyteleafe, Kenley aerodrome, Coulsdon Common, Happy Valley and Farthing Down. Several long steep sections.

Picnic lunch.

Toilets at the stations and on route.

Travel: Victoria 9.50 (East Grinstead train), calling at Clapham Junction, platform 13, 9.57, East Croydon 10.10 and arriving Riddlesdown 10.18. Both outward and return journeys are within the Freedom Pass area.
