A varied route of forest footpaths and minor roads will lead us on a circuit from Drumnadrochit. We will climb to the top of Craigmonie crag where you can enjoy a view of Loch Ness. The walk also takes us to Divach Falls, which is a 30m cascade of water. Also, if we're lucky we may get to see red squirrels.
This walk isn't too taxing but there is a couple of steeper hills.
Please dress for the weather and wear walking boots or supportive walking shoes/trainers.
Car share can be arranged from Inverness or public transport by bus is available to the start point.
Public toilets are available at the start point and Drumnadrochit has a few cafes for a post walk tea and cake.
Please get in touch to sign up no later than 7pm before the day of the walk.
Lastly remember some water and snacks/lunch!
