The walk title is an awful pun. However, after we leave Camserney we follow the Children's Path to visit the historic hamlet of Dull. From there we will climb through the forest (which is a bit dull!) before reaching Dull Rock with a spectacular view over Strathtay. We will then emerge onto the open moor before heading over to Loch Farleyer for lunch. We will retrace our steps over the moor and then follow the direct track back to Camserney. Most of the walk is on tracks. There is a sustained climb onto the moor. There are two fords and a footbridge with an awkward step.
Local grade B. RADO. This is an upland walk so dress accordingly. Sticks recommended. There is limited car parking at Camserney Hall. Car share if possible. We may need to do some shuttling of walkers from a nearby car park. Thanks to Strathtay Ramblers for their help with this walk. PLEASE BOOK WITH WALK LEADER AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE WALK.
