Overview

Walk starting in Dunwich forest from Frederick's Mount Car Park (Free), previously known as car park 43.
Please bring picnic lunch.  Possibility of muddy sections in places if wet.  Open heathland and forest paths heading south towards Minsmere and returning north via bridleway to beach car park for brief stop before returning to the car park in the forest.

Please car share if possible.
