Tiger Bay Ramblers (TBR) is a walking group for people of working age. It is based in Cardiff but walks across South Wales and beyond.
On this walk we will be starting at the small village of Llanfihangel Crucorney, Nr Abergavenny. Its an 8 mile circular walk, taking us through farmland, woodland and with a climb up onto Hatterall Hill ridge with fine views overlooking the Black Mountains, before descending back to the start. I've classified it as moderate as there is an ascent up to Offas Dyke path but apart from that, its fairly level.
As stated earlier, its quite a varied walk including a small nature reserve and a visit to the crooked church at Cwmyoy. It can be muddy in some sections.
