A very strenuous walk but you are rewarded with amazing views ( on a clear day!) on the entire route.

There is a lot of climb on this walk. We will take in Crug Mawr, Pen Twyn Mawr, Pen y Gadair Fawr, Waun Fach, Mynydd Lysiau, Pen Twyn Glas, Pen Alt Mawr, Pen Cerrig calch before dropping backdown to Llanbedr. We may do it in reverse depending on the wind direction on the day.

A good level of fitness and stamina is required for this walk.

Dogs welcome if it is not forecast to be too hot.
