Please join us for a 8 mile circular walk starting at Swinyard Car park, visiting the Eastnor Obelisk, continuing through the Eastnor Park returning through Gospel Oak and the Hangmans hill cave to Swinyard Car park. The ridge is well drained so there should be little mud there but there could be some on the return so please wear appropriate footwear. Please note that this walk has around 1000ft of ascent/descent so is hillier than many of our recent Thursday walks There are however no stiles en route. There is some walking on lanes but only one major road encounter (A438) near Eastnor. Please bring a drink and snack for the mid-walk break.
