Overview

This Thursday evening walk is in tribute to the late Cotswold warden, Margery Boughton, who died ten years ago. The route is a slightly amended version of one of her favourite walks. The route passes through agricultural sections of the beautiful Miserden Estate and adjacent land, along woodland and field paths, some quiet lanes, and the Frome Valley. There are some ups and downs but most of the going is firm underfoot. Nine stiles.
