Walk Cambridge is an active walking club and social group, aimed at working age people living in Cambridge and the surrounding area.

Meet outside Ely station at 10:20, for a 12-mile walk to Little Downham and back.
The walk will take us through the centre of Ely, before crossing the A10 and continuing onto country lanes to Little Downham.
We will return via Chettisham, continuing on to the river before returning back to Ely Station.
We will have a lunch stop at St Leonard’s Church in Little Downham. Please bring a packed lunch.
As it is likely to be warm, please bring plenty of water and sun cream.
For those travelling by public transport, there are regular trains from Cambridge. The train leaving Cambridge at 10:00 arrives at 10:15 in Ely. A Super Off Peak Day Return is £4.30.
If travelling by car, please leave plenty of time to find a space. While there are several free car parks in Ely, they will fill up on the weekend. The Angel Drove and Dock car parks are behind Tesco and are £3 per day.
The Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose car park all have time limits enforced by cameras.
There are toilets at Ely station and at Tesco Ely.
Please ensure you bring a packed lunch, plenty of water, sun cream and sun hat, and waterproofs.
