Overview

A circular walk starting at the Seven Sisters Car Park (payment required). Walking through Friston Forest to Lullington Heath nature Reserve. Down the hill from there to join The South Downs way, which will take us to Alfriston for lunch. There are cafes, teashops and a really nice Deli or a picnic lunch on the green near The Old Clergy House.

After lunch we follow the river to Littlington and then back up to Exceat. It is hilly in places and if there has been rain the river part can be wet and muddy.

The number 12 bus stops near the car park.  There is a charge for parking.
