We are the Brighton and Hove Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A circular walk, starting at Lewes Station. We will go through Kingston, then walk along the Downs. Picnic lunch in Rodmell, where there is also a pub. Flat walk back to Lewes along the river.
We may be lucky enough to see some rafts from the Lewes to Newhaven Raft Race, if we get the timings right.
If you can, please RSVP to this walk via our Meetup site. This will give the walk leader a rough idea of how many people may be attending. If you are a paid up member of the Ramblers organisation, you can ignore any waitlist you may find yourself on.
We don't ask you to pay to join us on your first three walks. Afterwards, in order to continue walking with our group, you must become a paid-up member of the Ramblers.
